- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red or pink salmon
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Debone salmon and place in medium size bowl.

2Mash with a fork.

3Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

4If mixture is loose add a little more flour.

5Form into small cakes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, flip and brown other side.
