- 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Flake the salmon and stir in crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika. Form the ingredients into cakes and saute them in butter until browned.

2Serve with mushroom or tartar sauce.
