- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. liquid from salmon
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. frozen peas
- paprika
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Heat butter.

2Add onion, salt and Accent.

3Cook 2 minutes. Stir in flour.

4Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

5Add salmon liquid.

6Cook over moderate heat until mixture thickens.

7Stir a little hot sauce into beaten egg, then stir egg into remaining sauce.

8Place salmon in casserole.

9Then a layer of peas.

10Pour sauce over top.

11Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.

12Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
