- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. canned salmon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Cook bread crumbs and milk in a double boiler 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.

2Flake the salmon, removing bones.

3Add salmon and remaining ingredients to bread crumbs and milk.

4Pour into greased baking dish.

5Set dish in pan of hot water and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven until firm in center when pressed gently or until knife comes out clean.
