- 16 ounces salmon
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 slices bread toasted and grated
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh peas frozen, cooked
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain. Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 4 or 5 servings.

2VARIATION: Shape salmon mixture into a loaf and cover with crescent roll dough before baking. Brush with egg yolk thinned in water. Serves 4 or 5.
