  • 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large can pink salmon (bones and skin removed)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 to 2 cans evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In a large pot, cover potatoes and onion with water.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
