Salmon Chowder

  • salt
  • onions
  • bell pepper
  • broccoli (1 c. cut small)
  • 2 pt. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small (6 oz.) can canned milk
  • 1 small (4 oz.) can salmon

Directions

    Saute in large boiler the onions, pepper, butter and salt to taste and broccoli about 5 minutes.

    Add canned milk, whole milk and salmon (stir continuously).

    Bring to boil; cut off immediately.

    Serve hot.
