- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain salmon; reserve liquid.

2Flake salmon and set aside. In a pot, cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

3Blend in flour; add milk and potatoes.

4Cook until potatoes are tender.

5In another pot, combine tomato juice and salt.

6Cook until heated; add to milk mixture.

7Blend in salmon and liquid.

8Heat and serve.
