- 1 can pink salmon
- 2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

2Mix salmon, 1/2 of cracker crumbs and 1/2 of egg mixture with seasoning.

3Form into egg shaped lumps.

4Dip into remaining egg mixture; roll in cracker crumbs.

5Fry in hot grease and brown.

6Drain on brown paper.
