  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 -1 12 teaspoon parsley
  • 14 cup light cream or 14 cup half-and-half cream

    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until ingredients are thorougly blended and mixture is creamy.

    The spread can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
