  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cans French fried onion rings (save 1/2 can to top casserole)

Directions

    Combine beaten eggs, liquid from salmon and salmon, broken into chunks.

    Mix with rest of ingredients.

    Bake in casserole dish in hot (450°) oven about 20 minutes or until firm.
