  • 1 (15 oz.) can water packed salmon, drained and flaked
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
  • minced parsley
  • 1 small sweet green pepper
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg or large egg white
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
