- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs (coarse)
Directions

1Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup and add milk to make 1/2 cup of liquid.

2Melt butter and stir in flour to thicken, then add milk and onion.

3Mix into salmon.

4Shape into haystacks and roll in crumbs.

5Make 3 inch height for dinner servings or 1 1/2-inch height for hors d'oeuvres.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
