- 2 pounds salmon fillets
- 1 x mayonnaise
- 1 x ketchup
- 4 slices bacon cut up
- 3/4 cup onions finely minced
Directions

1Line baking pan with a sheet of tin foil.

2Cut salmon into about six pieces.

3Cover the pieces with a thick layer of mayonnaise.

4Cover the mayonnaise with a very thin layer of ketchup.

5Sprinkle minced onion over each serving and - divide the bacon, evenly over the fish.

6Bake at 400F (200C).

7for 40 to 45 minutes.
