- your favorite pasta (linguine recommended)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. fresh chopped or minced garlic
- 1/4 c. fresh minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. each: fresh chopped parsley and dill
- filet of fish (salmon recommended) grilled, poached or broiled
- chopped green onion
Directions

1Boil pasta with 1 tablespoon oil to desired doneness.

2Melt butter in large saucepan and simmer with garlic, onions, parsley and dill.

3Toss pasta in butter mixture and mix thoroughly.

4Top pasta mixture with fish; garnish with chopped green onion.

5Serves 1.
