  • 1 large can salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mince salmon and remove bones.

    Add bread crumbs and beaten eggs and mix with milk; season with lemon juice and salt.

    Pour into well-greased mold or loaf pan and steam or bake for 30 minutes at about 350°.
