- 1 large can salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mince salmon and remove bones.

2Add bread crumbs and beaten eggs and mix with milk; season with lemon juice and salt.

3Pour into well-greased mold or loaf pan and steam or bake for 30 minutes at about 350°.
