- 1 can salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Flake salmon.

2Mix with other ingredients.

3Bake 1 hour in an oiled pan in 350° to 375° oven.

4Make a Medium White Sauce; add 1 can peas and pour over salmon loaf to serve.
