  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion
  • 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Flake salmon.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Bake 1 hour in an oiled pan in 350° to 375° oven.

    Make a Medium White Sauce; add 1 can peas and pour over salmon loaf to serve.
