  • 1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix salmon, Cheddar cheese soup, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and lemon juice.

    Place into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
