- 1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix salmon, Cheddar cheese soup, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and lemon juice.

2Place into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
