- 1 lb. can salmon, drained
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Remove bones from salmon.

2Add all ingredients, except egg white.

3Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the salmon mixture carefully.

4Place in buttered loaf pan and bake in a moderate oven (300°) until brown.

5Serve with cream of mushroom sauce made by heating 1 can of mushroom soup and adding 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
