Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can creamed soup

Directions

    Combine ingredients in order given.

    Pack firmly in buttered loaf pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Turn out on platter; garnish with boiled eggs and cover with cream soup of choice (slightly thinned).

    Sprinkle with paprika.
