  • 2 cans red salmon (tall)
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. salmon juice or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 onion, diced finely
  • 1/4 green pepper, diced finely

Directions

    Pick over and discard bones in salmon.

    Add bread crumbs, eggs and next 6 ingredients.

    Mix together.

    Put in loaf tin.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.
