- 2 cans red salmon (tall)
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. salmon juice or milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 onion, diced finely
- 1/4 green pepper, diced finely
Directions

1Pick over and discard bones in salmon.

2Add bread crumbs, eggs and next 6 ingredients.

3Mix together.

4Put in loaf tin.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

6Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.
