  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon (save water)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 2 c. high protein cereal
