Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked salmon (can be canned or fresh)
- 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

3For a drier loaf, add more bread crumbs.

4Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
