Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked salmon (can be canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    For a drier loaf, add more bread crumbs.

    Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
