Ingredients
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 slices bread, made into crumbs
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon (skin and bone removed)
- 1 c. skim milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Spray a loaf pan with Pam.

3Pour mixture into pan.

4Bake at 300°, uncovered, for 1 hour or until puffed and lightly browned.

5Serves 4.

6Each serving is equal to 3 1/2 protein, 1 fat, 1 bread and 1/4 milk.
