- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. sliced olives
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid.

2Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients; mix well.

3Shape into a loaf in a greased baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings. Or, shape into patties and fry.
