- 1 large can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Combine milk and egg. Add to salmon mixture. Mix well. Shape into loaf and put into pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
