Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can red or pink salmon
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Remove skin and bones and flake the salmon.

2Add soft bread crumbs, onion and salt.

3Beat eggs and milk together; add to other ingredients.

4After mixing well, put in small loaf pan (about 8 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) or bake dish sprayed with Pam.

5Set in shallow pan of hot water.

6Bake in 375° oven for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

7Serve with white sauce.
