- 1 (8 oz.) can red salmon
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg for loaf
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. thin white sauce (use 1 c. for loaf and 1 for topping)
- 1 hard-boiled egg for sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except for 1 cup white sauce and hard-boiled egg, and form a loaf.

2Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

3To the other cup of white sauce, add chopped hard-boiled egg and serve over the Salmon Loaf.
