- 1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) salmon (juice and all), flaked
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Combine ingredients and mix well.

2Pack into a greased small loaf pan.

3Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.

4Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
