- 1 tall can red salmon
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Flake the salmon.

2Add the crumbs, milk, eggs, butter, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.

3Mix and bake in a buttered bread pan in 350° oven for about 1 hour.

4Serve plain or with cream of mushroom soup.
