  • 1 tall can red salmon
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Flake the salmon.

    Add the crumbs, milk, eggs, butter, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.

    Mix and bake in a buttered bread pan in 350° oven for about 1 hour.

    Serve plain or with cream of mushroom soup.
