- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter or regular margarine
- 2 Tbsp. butter or magarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving liquid for sauce.

2Flake; remove skin. Add 3/4 cup milk, green pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, onion and 1/4 cup melted butter; mix well.

3Spoon into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

4Pack mixture in tightly.

5Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 50 minutes.
