- 1 14 3/4 oz. can red salmon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh fine bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- butter
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Add milk, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

3Toss together.

4Add beaten eggs.

5Put in greased loaf pan.

6Dot top with about 1 Tbsp. butter.

7Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
