- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (2 slices buttered toast, crumbled)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients, combining well.

3Bake in greased pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

4Clean knife test for doneness.
