  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (2 slices buttered toast, crumbled)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

    Remove bones and skin from salmon.

    Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients, combining well.

    Bake in greased pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Clean knife test for doneness.
