- 2 c. (1 lb. can) pink salmon, drained and flaked, reserve liquid
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 c. salmon liquid (add milk if necessary)
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. dried bread crumbs (3 slices)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- pinch of salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. medium white sauce
Directions

1Add lemon juice to salmon.

2Combine remaining ingredients with salmon.

3Spoon into a shallow buttered mold or 1-quart loaf pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350° oven or until golden brown and firm. Serves 4 to 6.
