- 1 can (1 lb.) salmon, drained and finely flaked
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 c. finely diced day old bread, lightly packed
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. butter

9into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

10Bake in moderate oven at 350° until knife inserted near center comes out
