  • 1 can (1 lb.) salmon, drained and finely flaked
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 c. finely diced day old bread, lightly packed
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
