- 1 (1 large) can salmon, picked of bones
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Directions

1Mix together all of the above ingredients and shape into a loaf like you would a meatloaf.

2Place into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
