Ingredients

  • 500 ml canned salmon
  • 250 ml soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 7 ml finely chopped onion
  • 250 ml milk
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • 2 ml salt

Directions

    Remove the skin from the fish if desired; crush the soft bones and mix with the oil and flaked salmon.

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter.
  4. 4
    Bake at 180C/350F until firm and brown, about 45 minutes.
