- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.

2Mix with other ingredients except pecans and parsley.

3Chill for a couple of hours so you can form a log, then roll the log in nuts and parsley.
