Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.

    Mix with other ingredients except pecans and parsley.

    Chill for a couple of hours so you can form a log, then roll the log in nuts and parsley.
