Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (pink or red)
  • 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped green onion
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Drain, flake and remove skin and bones from salmon. Add the remaining ingredients (except pecans); mix thoroughly.

    Form into a log or a ball.

    At this point, you can either roll it in the pecans or garnish with some parsley sprigs.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

    The longer it has to blend, the better.
