- 1 can salmon (pink or red)
- 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. chopped green onion
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain, flake and remove skin and bones from salmon. Add the remaining ingredients (except pecans); mix thoroughly.

2Form into a log or a ball.

3At this point, you can either roll it in the pecans or garnish with some parsley sprigs.

4Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

5The longer it has to blend, the better.
