  • 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pickled cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water

Directions
