- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of hot pepper
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake. Set aside. Beat all other ingredients until smooth.

2Add salmon and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour.

3Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
