  • 14 ounce unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Directions

    Remove any skin and bones from salmon.

    Put gelatin in blender.

    Add boiling water, lemon juice and onion.

    Blend about 30 - 40 seconds.

    Add yougurt, paprika, dill weed and salmon.

    Blend 30 seconds and pour into mold.

    Chill about 3 hours before serving.
