- 14 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 1 small onion, diced
- 12 cup boiling water
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Directions

1Remove any skin and bones from salmon.

2Put gelatin in blender.

3Add boiling water, lemon juice and onion.

4Blend about 30 - 40 seconds.

5Add yougurt, paprika, dill weed and salmon.

6Blend 30 seconds and pour into mold.

7Chill about 3 hours before serving.
