Salmon Mousse(Serves 10)

- 2 (14 3/8 oz.) cans pink salmon
- 1 c. shrimp
- 3 slices bread
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- olives, cut in half
Directions

1Dip bread in milk.

2Drain milk well.

3Mix with bread:

41 1/2 cans of salmon, eggs, cream and salt and pepper, using an electric mixer.

5Add shrimp to mixture.

6Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan.

7Add remaining half can of salmon and olives, then top with remaining mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

9Let mousse cool in pan, then turn onto a serving platter and garnish with parsley and olives.
