- 2 tsp. sauteed onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. canned or cooked salmon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- Dash of poultry & Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley
- Fried onions, bacon bits, Cheddar cheese (if desired for garnish)
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Cut in half and scoop out insides.

3Mash with next 7 ingredients until smooth.

4Refill potato shells without pressing down.

5Sprinkle with fried onions, bacon bits or cheese if desired.

6Brown in 450° oven about 10 minutes.
