Salmon Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 7 3/4 oz. can Sockeye salmon
  • 1/4 c. soft butter (can be omitted)
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.

    Line a small bowl with Saran wrap and fill.
  3. 3
    Keep it refrigerated overnight. Turn out on a flat plate and remove Saran wrap. Sprinkle with nuts or parsley or paprika; olives are pretty on top also.

    Place crackers around plate before serving.
