  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon, bones removed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 2 scallions with some green, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried

Directions

    Combine above ingredients.

    Form into ball or log, or place in bowl.

    Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and serve with crackers.
