- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except parsley.

2Line mold or bowl with Saran Wrap (to make unmolding easier).

3Pack salmon mixture into mold.

4Put in refrigerator overnight; unmold.

5Cover outside with chopped parsley.

6Serve with crackers.
