- 1 can or 1 lb. salmon
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion, freshly grated
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Discard bones and skin.

3In a processor or blender, mix all ingredients, except pecans and parsley.

4Blend until smooth.

5Turn into quiche dish or crock, spreading evenly. Refrigerate.
