  • 1/2 pounds softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 tablespoon mayo

    steam or pan fry salmon. cool, remove skin and bones. dice up and put into a bowl.

    add all other ingredients. combine using clean hands. refrigerate for a fe hours
