- 1 large can salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- Mazola oil
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- small amount of flour
- corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Drain the can of salmon well.

2Add eggs (beaten lightly), onion, milk and enough flour to give the right consistency to shape into balls.

3Roll in corn flakes and fry in Mazola oil. Drain on paper towels and serve while hot.
